Angela Caume, Certified Yoga Teacher

happybaby Yoga is an idea that came to life not long after the birth of my own
baby in March 2008. As a certified yoga teacher and pre & post natal yoga specialist, I enjoyed the incredible benefits a regular yoga practice brought to my own pregnancy and wanted to share this insight with other women. The opportunity to teach prenatal yoga during my pregnancy and then together with my daughter has been invaluable.


My goal is to create a happybaby Yoga community for moms and moms-to-be that brings about empowerment and a sense of sisterhood among women that we can

all benefit from. Becoming and being a mother is an intoxicating experience, one that should to be nurtured and explored to the fullest. Taking the time to really tune in to your body and tend to your health and well-being is essential.


Working with women on their journey through pregnancy and motherhood is a rewarding endeavour that allows me to learn and grow as a teacher everyday. 

In my classes I aim to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for my students, where they can fulfill their own physical, emotional and spiritual needs through their practice.
