blissful bellies (prenatal)
Explore a series of postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques designed specifically for pregnancy. We'll focus on breath awareness, training the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles for childbirth, strengthening the body and mind connection, as well as easing minor discomforts. You'll gain valuable tools to use through your pregnancy and help you feel in control during labour and delivery. Connect with other moms-to-be as you share this incredible experience.
Fun and flexible is the theme of our mom & baby yoga program. This class provides the opportunity to practice essential baby bonding while nurturing your own body and mind. We'll focus on reconditioning the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improving posture, increasing body awareness, and helping you feel strong and energetic. We'll dedicate a specific portion of the class to baby with a little workout, tummy time, infant massage and songs.
wee wobblers (for moms & babies crawling to 18 months)
Join a fun-filled program geared to moms and toddlers. Through the use of story-telling, song and imagination, we'll explore movement, coordination, balance and flexibility. Children are encouraged to have fun and be themselves while they learn to play and interact with others. You'll participate right along side your little one, helping them to feel comfortable and confident. Moms, dads & caregivers welcome.

Nine months with baby on board has taken its toll on your body. And now that your bouncing bundle of joy has arrived, you’ll be lifting, bending, crawling, crouching and chasing your days away just trying to keep up. Whether you’re looking to shed a few post pregnancy pounds, increase your energy level, or simply gain some much-needed “mommy time,” this is the perfect class for you. Hatha and Vinyasa based sequences will help you gain the strength, flexibility and endurance you need to claim your title as super-mom.
